Ombudsman Information:

Eurorepar Car Service is happy to subscribe to the Motor Industry Codes of Practice, which covers important rules and guidelines about services and repairs, designed to make the Motor Industry fair and just for all customers.

Whilst we are committed to the highest level of customer service, there may be the rare occasions when we are unable to resolve a dispute. Should this situation arise, we would refer you to the relevant ADR (Alternate Dispute Resolution) provider, either the National Conciliation Service (NCS) or the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), depending on the nature of the dispute.

We are also proud to be members of the Trust My Garage (TMG) scheme, a nationally recognised customer assurance scheme. Trust My Garage is the first and only Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI)-approved scheme, specifically aimed at verifying independent garages in the UK.

The majority of our centres are now TMG approved and, with our full support, the remainder are working towards their accreditation. Membership of the Trust My Garage scheme is awarded to those with the highest standards in working practices, training and customer service.
