TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR EUROREPAR CAR SERVICE UK 2023 FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM PRIZE DRAW
1. The Promoter is Peugeot Motor Company PLC (“Eurorepar Car Service UK”, “Our”, or “Promoter”) a public limited company registered in England under company registration number 148545, the registered office address of which is: Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry, CV3 1ND)
2. In order to be eligible for the prize draw, Participants must;
a. Be resident in the United Kingdom;
b. Be aged 18 years or over at the date of entry; and
c. Have a valid and current email and UK address.
3. Participants in the prize draw must provide evidence that they satisfy the eligibility criteria upon request by the Promoter.
4. This prize draw is not open to employees or family members of employees of Stellantis NV group of companies, employees of the Distrigo Parts Distribution network, employees of the Eurorepar Car Service network and any agents associated with this prize draw.
5. By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating their agreement and will be deemed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. From March 2023 to December 2023, a monthly prize draw will take place. Entry will be via the Eurorepar Car Service UK Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/ercsuk/ and Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/eurorepar_uk.
7. The entry period for each monthly prize draw will start on the tenth day of the month, as soon as the post for the month is live on the Eurorepar Car Service UK Facebook and Instagram pages.
8. The entry period for each monthly prize draw will close at 11.59pm on the last day of the month. After this time, no further entries will be permitted.
9. In order to enter the prize draw via Facebook, participants must ‘Like’ the Facebook prize draw post, be 'following' the Eurorepar Car Service UK Facebook page, tag three friends on the prize draw Facebook post’s comments section, and share the prize draw post on their profile.
10. In order to enter the prize draw via Instagram, participants must ‘Like’ the Instagram prize draw post, be 'following' the Eurorepar Car Service UK Instagram page, tag three friends on the prize draw Instagram post’s comments section, and share the prize draw post on their Instagram story.
11. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.
12. Only one entry will be accepted per person, per each month’s prize draw. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted or considered.
13. One (1) entry from the pool of entries will be randomly drawn using an online randomiser as the winner for each monthly post (https://www.randomdraws.com/uk/random-number-generator/)
14. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason, including: late entry, lost entries, partially submitted entries.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draws and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, pandemic, epidemic or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
16. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party.
17. The winner of each monthly prize draw will be announced on Facebook and Instagram. The Promoter will notify the winner within 25 days of the closing date for the monthly prize draw in question. The winner will be notified via Direct Message on either Facebook or Instagram, depending on which platform was used to enter.
18. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to pick a replacement winner. The original winner will therefore be deemed to have forfeited the prize and no alternative prize will be awarded to the original winning entrant.
19. The Promoter will notify the winner to confirm and arrange details of the prize distribution.
20. Prize distribution will be completed within 30 days of winners providing all required verification and personal details.
21. The prize for each monthly draw is a £200 voucher. The voucher can be redeemed against service and maintenance work at participating Eurorepar Car Service centres upto a maximum of £200 inclusive of VAT. Vouchers can only be used once. Therefore, if the cost of service/maintenance work at the participating Eurorepar Car Service centre exceeds £200 inclusive of VAT, the winner will be responsible for the excess. If the cost of service/maintenance work at the participating Eurorepar Car Service centre is less than £200 inclusive of VAT, the voucher will be valid for the cost of the service/maintenance work only.
22. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
24. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Eurorepar Car Service and not to any third party. 25. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes for an alternative prize of equal value.
26. All prizes are as stated, are non-refundable, non-transferable and no alternatives will be available.
27. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
